Bungee Jumping Tips

  • Anything that makes you feel comfortable will suffice for bungee jumping; there are no stringent dress requirements.
  • It’s perfectly acceptable to decide not to jump if you are afraid of the height you are at, but it’s important to make that choice ahead, not as the final step.
  • It is best to avoid eating much before jumping; jumping on an empty stomach is even better.
  • Avoid carrying mobile phones or any valuable objects that will distract you from the experience.
