Latest Versions of Apple's iOS 16.1, iPad OS 16.1, and MacOS Ventura

As promised last week, Apple has already launched iOS 16.1, iPad OS 16.1, and macOS 13.

The upgrades introduce Continuity Camera, which enables iPhone customers to use their phone as a webcam for their Macs, along with a host of other new features for iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

Also, Stage Manager, a new (and rather contentious) windows management capability for multitasking, is included in the iPad and Mac releases.

For iPhones that enable it, iOS 16.1 also adds a brand-new feature called Live Activities. This feature, which delivers real-time refreshing information on the Lock Screen and on the Dynamic Island on iPhone 14 Pro models, is visible in few official Apple apps.

With these improvements, iCloud Shared Photo Library is also available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, allowing many family members to contribute to shared libraries.

The rigorous Apple Watch restriction for Apple Fitness+ has removed, allowing users to access workouts on their iPhones without owning an Apple device.

To checkout this, go to Settings > General > Software Update on an iPhone or iPad.
